Chief Executive Officer

As CEO and co-founder Rick is responsible for providing leadership in creating the RBA culture and employment experience that is centered on challenge, opportunity, reward and fun. Rick co-founded BORN Information Services in August 1990. Under his leadership, the company became one of the most successful and fastest-growing information technology consulting firms nationwide - nearly doubling in size each year, eventually reaching $139 million in sales in 2000. BORN made the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States for three consecutive years, and was nationally recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the top 100 places to work (12th overall) in 2001.

In June 1996, he was honored with the Ernst & Young "Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year" award. He has been featured by Inc., Fortune, Fast Company, Twin Cities Business Monthly, Minnesota Business and Business Week magazines.

Rick is actively involved in the community, supporting many local and National charities.

mike_reinhart Mike Reinhart
President and Chief Operating Officer

As President, COO, and co-founder Mike is responsible for providing the vision and strategic direction for RBA's business. Reinhart has more than 20 years of experience managing enterprise technology solutions in corporate and professional services industries. Prior to RBA Consulting, Reinhart served as the General Manager of the Microsoft National Practice and Texas Region for BORN Information Services, Inc. He was instrumental in opening branch offices and under his leadership BORN was elevated to National Partner status with Microsoft. He also worked at Medtronic, Inc. where he was responsible for IT strategy and technology implementation for corporate shared services and international systems.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He also has earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

will_clevenger Will Clevenger
General Manager - Dallas Branch
 

As General Manager, Will is responsible for all sales, delivery and operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.  Will works closely with Mike Reinhart, President & COO, and other key RBA leadership to align with corporate best practices.  Will is also responsible for all sales activities for the Microsoft "sell-to" business in Redmond, WA.  Will Clevenger has over 12 years of experience in services, sales and leadership roles.  Prior to joining RBA, Will held several key sales roles at Microsoft covering customers such as Wal-Mart, SYSCO Foods, Commercial Metals and GameStop.  During his time at Microsoft Will received several awards and was a featured speaker at Microsoft's Global Sales Conference, TechReady and Industry Solutions University.   Prior to Microsoft Will co-founded a services firm and lead such projects as the functional and UX design of FedEx Kinko's new point-of-service, integration of H&R Block's tax system with Microsoft CRM and was a key partner in the EDS Center for Microsoft Technologies in Redmond, WA.

Will is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs.

Craig A

Craig Andrie
General Manager - Denver Branch 


 

As General Manager, Craig is responsible for all sales, delivery and operations in the Denver Market.  Craig brings over 25 years experience running IT consulting operations ranging from startups to over $125M in annual revenue.   Prior to joining RBA Consulting, Craig served in a variety of leadership roles including holding Vice President positions at BORN Information Services, Fujitsu North America, and Analysts International Corporation (AIC).  Craig and a core group of highly skilled consultants were added to the RBA team during the acquisition of AIC's regional Microsoft practice in March of 2010.

 

Craig holds a BS in Computer Science from Minnesota State University at Moorhead and completed the Mini-MBA Program in Leading Growing Companies at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

 

Bob Maclean Bob Maclean
Microsoft Practice Director

As Practice Director, Bob is responsible for the management of the consulting services, practice operations and business development activities for the Minneapolis delivery team. Prior to joining RBA, Bob spent four years with another Minneapolis based Microsoft consulting services firm where he held the positions of Practice Director and Vice President of Consulting Services. Bob is also an 11 year veteran of BORN Information Services holding a variety of leadership roles including Microsoft Business Unit Leader and Technical Manager. He also spent several years at BORN as a consultant delivering enterprise class solutions built on the Microsoft platform. Bob got his start in the technology field working as Branch Manager and later as Regional Sales Manager for a national reseller chain of hardware and software.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science.

Karl Populorum Karl Populorum
Sales Director

As Sales Director, Karl is responsible for driving RBA's sales and account growth in the Minnesota market. Karl is a 20 year veteran of the IT Services Industry and has held a variety of sales and leadership positions with IBM, Wang Laboratories, Keane, and BORN Information Services. Prior to joining RBA Consulting, Karl worked for CIBER as Regional Vice President of Business Development. Karl serves on the boards of 3 Minnesota based non-profits and is an active head coach in Woodbury youth basketball.

Karl is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. He also earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Dale Holmgren
Dale Holmgren
Managed Services Practice Director
   As Practice Director, Dale is responsible for all aspects of RBA's Managed Services practice, including vision, offering management, marketing and sales, delivery, and account management. With over three decades of experience in the IT industry, Mr. Holmgren brings to the table significant executive and IT Management skills. Prior to joining RBA Consulting, Dale founded Granite Pointe Partners, an IT Managed Services company that delivered outsourced IT services in an affordable fashion for businesses of all sizes. Granite Pointe Partners was acquired by RBA Consulting in July of 2009. Prior to Granite Pointe Partners, Dale co-founded Born Information Services and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1996 through 2001, during which time annual revenues grew from $35M to $125M and operations expanded from the Minneapolis headquarters to include offices in Milwaukee, WI, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Atlanta, GA and Cincinnati, OH.


Dale earned a degree in Computer Science from Brown Institute in 1976 and completed a Mini-MBA Program in Leading Growing Companies at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1996.

 

mikeJ  Mike JonesApplication Development Practice Lead
As Practice Lead, Mike is responsible for providing technical leadership and vision in the area of Microsoft application development.  He is an accomplished Technical Architect focused exclusively on Microsoft technologies. He has gained his experience through hands-on software development and consulting over the past 12 years.  Prior to joining RBA Consulting, Mike worked for BORN Information Services (Fujitsu Consulting) where he held positions as Technical Architect and Practice Manager.  Mike specializes in designing and building custom .NET applications, mobile solutions, and data services.  He currently holds his MCSD.NET certification.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Computer Engineering.

Alexander (Zandy) Garrard
Portals and Collaboration Practice Lead 

As Practice Leader, Zandy is responsible for providing technical leadership and vision for RBA's Portal and Collaboration practice. His combination of technical expertise combined with business process experience, provide customers with a unique perspective in applying these technologies to their business solutions. Zandy has been in the IT industry for over 15 years, the last 6 of which have been focused primarily on the Microsoft SharePoint technologies.  Zandy started with RBA Consulting in July, 2006 and has presented at many local and national events for both RBA Consulting and Microsoft.

Zandy received in Bachelors from Carleton College and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
