Financial rewards: Opportunities for greater earning potential
REVENUE SHARING: RBA rewards billable consultants for going the extra mile by offering revenue-sharing incentive pay for billable hours that exceed required hours. Calculated on a weekly basis and paid monthly, credits can be cashed out or used for additional time off.
REFERRAL BONUS: RBA hires a large majority of our people through employee referrals. Employees who refer someone who comes to work at RBA receive a $1,000 bonus when that person has been employed for 90 days.
SALES REFERRAL BONUS: RBA rewards employees who help identify and win projects. If you submit a lead to our sales team that turns into an engagement of at least $30,000, you receive a $500 bonus; receive $1,000 if you plan an active role in both identifying and selling the opportunity.
PRESIDENT’S CLUB: This reward and recognition program honors those employees who make the most significant contributions to the company each year. The President’s Club is open to employees in various roles and levels.
PARTNER PROGRAM: This program recognizes and rewards top employees that help us build and grow our business. Employees must be with the company at least 18 months to be eligible.
TECHNOLOGY ALLOWANCE PROGRAM: RBA employees can purchase a laptop and receive up to a $1,500 reimbursement, paid monthly over 30 months.

PAID TRAINING: Employees develop an individual professional development plan with their managers each year that includes company-paid training.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: RBA provides a tuition reimbursement plan that provides up to $2,500 per year for your tuition, fees and books.

- LODGE PLAN: Employees can relax and have fun with friends or family with RBA lodge credits. This annual allowance can be used at either one of RBA’s Minnesota lodges or towards the lodging portion of a vacation for Denver and Dallas employees. RBA also offers its employees significant and exclusive discounts for off-season lodging rates.
- BENCH PTO PROGRAM: This program allows the consultant to use PTO time while on the bench. The company matches PTO time at 50% for each day of PTO taken while on the bench.
