RBA Consulting is a growing consulting firm.  We're passionate about using the latest technologies to provide creative IT solutions for our customers. As we grow, we're looking for developers who share our passions.  We need developers who enjoy delivering solid solutions while expanding their knowledge by taking advantage of the rapidly expanding technologies in the Microsoft space. 

The successful candidate should be a problem solver with broad development skills, and strong web application development background leveraging Microsoft .Net technologies to implement enterprise systems.  Deep .Net Framework, OOAD architecture, and ASP.Net experience using C# is essential.

The candidate will be required to provide architectural guidance and develop robust application architecture solutions that implement best practices for .NET development.  In addition, the candidate must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and oversight.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS /

Deep experience delivering OLTP / LOB / Enterprise systems on Microsoft technologies is required.

   - 1+ SharePoint 2007 development experience

   - 3+ years of .Net framework development experience with ASP.Net 2.0 or later

   - Broad experience delivering custom OLTP / LOB / Enterprise systems on Microsoft technologies

   - Strong OOAD background and deep knowledge of the .Net framework using C#

   - Working knowledge of .Net development using XML, web services, and SOA architecture concepts

   - Working knowledge of JavaScript.  AJAX, JSON, JQuery experience preferred.

   - Extensive knowledge of C# is required.  Visual Basic.Net experience also helpful.

   - Deep knowledge of ADO.Net, dataset manipulation, collection namespaces, and generics

   - Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server, Oracle experience also helpful

      - Deep experience writing efficient stored procedures, views and triggers, and user defined functions

      - Light database design skills a must, deeper design skills a plus

   - Experience with Microsoft Application Blocks, enterprise library, etc.

   - Experience developing/consuming web services using WCF

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS /

The candidate should have some in one or more of these areas, with strong desire to gain exposure in additional competencies.  Development experience in any of these areas is a plus.

   - Web development experience using the ASP.Net MVC framework

   - BizTalk development experience

   - BizTalk BRE experience

 Special SKILLS /

Special skills in the following areas would be very helpful for this project, but are not required.

    - Experience developing SSO solutions using SAML and related technologies

    - Experience developing custom HTTP modules

   - Experience developing custom authentication/role providers for ASP.Net or SharePoint

- Experience with CA SiteMinder

- Siebel API development experience

- Healthcare industry experience
