We are looking for an energetic self motivated technologist who wants to be part of a growing team. In addition, a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and oversight.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS /

Deep experience delivering OLTP / LOB / Enterprise systems on Microsoft technologies is required.

-       3 + years of development experience using Microsoft tools

 - Significant experience with BizTalk 2006, 2006/R2 or 2009, including the following

• Adapters and Pipelines
• BizTalk Maps and Schemas
• Orchestrations and the XLangs Engine.
• BizTalk Rules Engine
• BAM
• WCF Adapter Pack
• LOB Adapters
• ESB Toolkit 2.0
  • ESB Toolkit Deployment and Configuration
  • ESB Management Portal Configuration
  • Itinerary Processing
  • Exception Management Framework
  • WCF/WF Service development
  • Familiarity with server-side configuration and troubleshooting utilizing BizTalk Administration Console and BizTalk Server Configuration.
  • 2 + years of .Net development (Visual Studio .NET, C#, XML, or ASP.NET)
  • Experience with Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server desired
  • Proficient with relational database environments (primarily SQL Server)
  • Strong systems analysis, problem solving, and design skills

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS /

• Experience with Microsoft Application Blocks, enterprise library, etc.
• Experience developing/consuming web services using WCF
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server, Oracle experience also helpful
• Deep experience writing efficient stored procedures, views and triggers, and user defined functions
• Light database design skills a must, deeper design skills a plus

• Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers, clients, and users at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required to handle diverse situations and changing priorities
