As we grow, we're looking for developers who share our passions.  We need developers who enjoy delivering solid solutions while expanding their knowledge by taking advantage of the rapidly expanding technologies in the Microsoft space.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS /

• 3+ years experience working with .NET Framework
• Extensive knowledge of C# is required.  Visual Basic.NET experience also helpful
• Broad experience delivering custom OLTP / LOB / Enterprise systems on Microsoft technologies
• Solid OOAD background
• Working knowledge of web development on the ASP.NET platform
• Working knowledge of XML and web services concepts
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL Server
• Experience writing stored procedures, views and triggers, and user defined functions
• Light database design skills a must, deeper design skills a plus
• Experience work with common software design patterns

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS /

The candidate should have skills in one or more of these areas with strong desire to gain exposure in additional competencies.  Development experience in any of these areas is a plus.

• SharePoint implementation and/or development experience
• Experience with .NET 3.5, including Workflow, WCF, WPF, and LINQ
• Experience developing thick client applications using Windows Forms or WPF
• Web application development experience with AJAX, JSON, JQuery or Silverlight
• BizTalk experience
• SQL Server Reporting Services
• SQL Server Integration Services
• Experience using Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with .NET Compact Framework
• Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Team System

  communication SKILLS /

• Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers, clients, and users at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required to handle diverse situations and changing priorities
