H.B. Fuller is a $2 billion leading worldwide manufacturer and marketer of adhesives, sealants, paints and other specialty chemical products. Seeking a resource to help them collaborate more efficiently with their business units and customers around the world, they looked to RBA for the right solution.

RBA was the only vendor to respond to our multi-million dollar RFP with a recommendation to do a deep project assessment first before estimating the overall project. This allowed us the benefit of a more refined budget number and tighter project scope. With a sharper schedule, scope, and budget we raise our ability to meet expectations.
H.B. Fuller serves customers in multiple industries such as packaging, electronics, assembly materials and consumer goods. While recognized for product innovation, H.B. Fuller lacked a modern strategy for cross-geo collaboration and their current documentation system of email and file shares was not scalable. They needed a new way for users across the globe to effectively connect with one another.
RBA approached the problem by first completing a Comprehensive Business Requirements Assessment, which includes discovery, evaluation of business needs and an extensive comparative analysis. Through this process, RBA led H. B. Fuller through a strategic messaging and collaboration analysis to determine the right solution that would meet H.B. Fuller’s requirements.
RBA deployed Microsoft SharePoint to empower H.B. Fuller’s employees with a tool centered on collaboration. RBA designed a taxonomy and site structure to address their business needs, assisted with training and adoption and developed a SharePoint Governance Plan that will scale with H.B. Fuller’s growth.
