Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at RBA you'll be in an administrative role and work hand in hand with our resource manager. Our resource managers are great - you'll get your primary work direction from them and will assist with the alignment of consultants to our client engagements. You work closely with the business development team, discipline managers, project managers, and our HR team daily. OK - so you've got to be organized and a team player, got it. But what if you have more to offer, you ask? We've got you.

  • You'll help with forecast planning and resource capacity on engagements. You're responsible for the oversight of daily schedules like attendance tracking (PTO, weekly time logs, etc.) and the record keeping of consultant licenses, certifications, and training.
  • Our discipline managers will work with you on consultant career planning and guidance. Our consultants have profiles - profiles that need to be updated, created, tweaked, moved, edited, proofread, magicked, and put in the right place. You need to be familiar with the capabilities of our internal pool of consultants for client engagements.
  • Meetings? You bet! You'll attend business meetings with the sales, operation, and discipline teams to understand the business entirely. Contract and project setup fall under your duties and includes uploading contracts, project number data entry, contract scanning, project starts, and any resourcing update into our CRM.
  • Do you like to assist, coordinate, and even participate in company hosted events? You do if you're in this role. You'll help pull of company events and never have a "that's not my job" attitude.

This role will play as a key team member in an administrative function on our teams. You'll have to be resilient and be able to think on your feet. Success in this role is understanding resource availability and client engagement needs - then marrying the two together. You'll need to possess a high level of communication with technical capacity to understand situations and problem solve through them.
