With a career spanning international digital strategy and UX research across the U.S., Europe, and Russia, Anastasiia brings a unique, people-centered perspective to her role. She has led strategic initiatives for clients in healthcare, education, and workforce development, combining deep user insights with thoughtful content architecture. Her passion lies in translating complexity into clarity, guiding both users and organizations to find meaningful connection and purpose in digital spaces.
What excites her most about strategy is the opportunity to connect the dots—uncovering insights from user research, business objectives, and content analysis to build strong foundations for digital experiences. She’s known for her collaborative leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity, always striving to elevate the work while mentoring teams along the way.
Her favorite part of the job? Crafting Information Architecture: “It’s like solving a puzzle—putting together discovery insights, persona goals, and content needs into a structure that just makes sense.”
A Closer Look
A Day in the Life
Mornings are sacred for Anastasiia. She starts her day early with daily meditation, a pour-over coffee ritual, and journaling to center her mind. Then she heads to the gym—or CrossFit if she’s feeling ambitious—to get her energy flowing before diving into client work.
Her workday depends on the needs of the client. Some days are packed with stakeholder workshops, content audits, or user journey mapping sessions. Others are more heads-down, focused on translating research into user flows, wireframes, and IA maps. She loves days when she gets to collaborate with cross-functional teams, bouncing ideas and aligning priorities to bring clarity to complexity.
Midday, she takes a break for a home-cooked lunch and a short walk, often using the time to check in with friends and family. She’s a firm believer that a clear mind leads to better strategy.
Evenings are for creative growth and movement. Anastasiia loves anything outdoors like paddle boarding and is currently learning the guitar and recently started taking country swing dance classes—a joyful, energizing way to wrap up the day.
Whether it’s professional or personal, she’s always exploring, evolving, and connecting.
