September 18, 2026 | Twin Cities, Minnesota
RBA is joining the Microsoft 365 community at M365 Twin Cities 2026, a free, community-led event bringing together Microsoft 365 power users, technology leaders, developers, administrators, and practitioners for a full day of learning and connection.
Formerly SharePoint Saturday Twin Cities, M365 Twin Cities has evolved alongside the Microsoft ecosystem, with sessions covering Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, OneDrive, and the technologies shaping the modern workplace.
As organizations navigate rapid changes across AI, Copilot, collaboration, and employee experience, the event gives attendees an opportunity to hear practical perspectives from professionals working directly with these technologies.
RBA’s Kim Lund Speaks on Digital Workplace Modernization
Kim Lund, Managing Principal at RBA, will present a session focused on a challenge many organizations are facing: moving beyond the traditional intranet to create a digital workplace employees actually want to use.
From Content to Community: Building a Modern Digital Workplace with Microsoft Viva and SharePoint
Organizations have invested heavily in intranets, yet employees can still struggle to find information, stay informed, and feel connected to their workplace. The challenge is no longer simply managing content. It’s creating meaningful digital experiences that connect communication, collaboration, community, and knowledge.
During her session, Kim will explore how modern SharePoint and Microsoft Viva can work together to create a more connected digital workplace.
Drawing from real-world projects and lessons learned, she’ll cover approaches for:
-
-
- Designing intelligent, employee-centered intranet experiences
- Improving content organization and discoverability
- Building engagement through Viva Engage communities
- Creating personalized experiences with Viva Connections
- Extending and coordinating communications with Viva Amplify
- Moving from traditional intranet thinking toward a connected digital workplace
-
Attendees will leave with practical ideas, best practices, and real-world examples they can apply within their own organizations, whether they’re launching a new intranet, modernizing an existing environment, or looking to generate more value from their Microsoft 365 investment.
